The second BeerShark I have purchased. Customer service is great. I purchased my newest one with the wrong card and they fixed it for me within minutes of my purchase. It makes the best shotgunning holes and my friends are always asking to borrow mine. 10/10... love this product and company!

Only thing I would do differently in my opinion is to have the engraved design on both sides but other than that it looks good and works great!
